Our selection and screening process are comprehensive and include the following steps:

Step 1:

The STS Recruiting Professional performs an initial evaluation through a series of basic questions which are designed to either eliminate or pass through candidates based upon both general and job specific criteria.

Step 2:

The Sales representative provides for a second line of questioning designed to confirm the recruiting professional’s initial evaluation.

Step 3:

The appropriate testing is administered to the candidate utilizing one or a combination of testing methods and include on-line testing and technology specific questionnaires.

Step 4:

Complete reference checks with at least two direct reports and background checks.

Step 5:

An STS technology expert performs technical interviews.
