Chuck Fillizola
Chief Executive Officer
Chuck Fillizola brings over 30 years of experience as a highly accomplished technology and insurance executive. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles spanning organizational management, revenue growth, operations, corporate development, and strategic advisory across multiple insurance and technology businesses.
Chuck began his career at Munich Re before joining MFX, where he served as President from 2001 to 2009, leading the company through a period of transformational growth. He later held senior roles at CSC and served as Chief Information Officer at Sompo Japan America and Orchid Underwriters, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s successful sale to TowerBrook Capital Partners.
In addition to executive leadership roles, Chuck has served on the Board of Directors of Instec before becoming its President and Chief Revenue Officer. In 2021, he led the successful sale of Instec to Insurity, where he then took on the role of Senior Vice President and General Manager of Carrier Markets, overseeing the company’s largest P&L and delivering outstanding results.
Chuck is widely recognized as a thought leader in the insurance and technology industries, frequently advising business leaders on innovative strategies for success. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from Marist College. Outside of work, Chuck enjoys cycling and playing guitar in his rock band. He is married and has three adult children.
Jamie Raymond
Founder & Board Member
Jamie Raymond founded Stratus in 2001 and is currently serving on the Board of Directors. He is an avid entrepreneur who has successfully built businesses from concept through execution. Under his leadership at Stratus, he has helped transform the business, leading strategy, investment and execution across the entire organization. Prior to founding Stratus, Jamie was a Senior Vice President for a $100 million public corporation specializing in managed staffing solutions. While in this position, he successfully brought to market the company’s first successful solutions encompassing clients throughout the Eastern United States and was responsible for multiple branch locations and client premise offices. Jamie and his wife Kara have three children and live in Little Silver, NJ. They are active donors for children’s charities and local food banks. Jamie holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, NJ.
Steve Damen
Co-Founder & Board Member
As Co-Founding Partner and previous Chief Strategy Officer, Steve Damen led Stratus’ vision and sales execution across the global operation. Steve, currently serving on the Board of Directors, has more than three decades within the industry. He has a demonstrated a history of enabling his customers to strengthen their businesses and realize profitable outcomes. Throughout his career, Steve has brought tremendous energy and drive to ensure client success. His focus to accomplishing the goal is exceptional, and he will work hard with a customer to get it right. He is active with various charities and is a Board Member of Hope for Children. Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Florida State University.
Britt Bahar
Chief Sales Officer
Britt Bahar joined Stratus in 2012 as an Account Manager and quickly became the top revenue producer for the company, with a focus in new business development within Stratus’ Guidewire practice. Today, Britt drives and empowers Stratus’ successful sales team to grow existing business while expanding into new markets and revenue streams. She is continually driving Stratus’ roadmap to encompass additional service offerings to better serve the company’s portfolio of customers, which is largely based on managed services and solutions. She develops ongoing strategic sales strategy, marketing campaigns and solution development to ensure alignment with market trends and client demand. Britt’s strong leadership and her seemingly endless energy and passion are infectious and are major contributors to the company’s success and service-oriented culture.
Rafael Moreira
Senior Vice President of Global Delivery
Rafael Moreira is a Guidewire Certified professional with 15 years of extensive background in software design, development, integration, and middleware applications. Rafael’s strength includes several Guidewire and Portal implementations, where he was involved in all aspects of the project from inception to production deployment. He has managed multiple development teams with individuals at all levels, both onshore and offshore, and has a proven track record as a technical mentor. Rafael holds a bachelor’s degree in Information System and a master’s degree in Business Administration.
Bob Cooke
Senior Vice President of Global Staffing Operations & Recruiting
As Senior Vice President of Global Staffing Operations and Recruiting, Bob Cooke oversees all aspects of Stratus’ day-to-day global recruiting and staffing operations. He has over 20 years of Information Technology recruiting, management, and training experience which enables him to create and execute a highly effective candidate sourcing and staffing fulfillment solution. His leadership continues to set Stratus apart as an industry leader by providing direct guidance on sourcing, industry standards, recruiting strategy, negotiations, employee relationship management, and development of our most important competitive advantage: People. Bob holds a bachelor’s degree from Stockton University.
Stacie Wolf
Chief Financial Officer
Stacie Wolf joined Stratus as their Chief Financial Officer in 2023. Stacie has over 20 years of experience as a Chief Financial officer in private equity-backed organizations, managing transformation and acquisition integration activities, ERP implementations, and management of finance and accounting with a focus on creating and sustaining a scalable organization. Prior to her time working with private equity, Stace started her career with Deloitte and later joined PWC, where she obtained her CPA while working in their high technology specialty practice. In addition, she spent over 10 years with Motorola, Inc. Stacie obtained her accounting degree from Duquesne University and her MBA from the University of Connecticut.
Tin Huynh
Senior Vice President of Global Solutions
Tin Huynh joined Stratus as SVP of Global Solutions where he will lead Stratus’s Solutions business with a key focus on sales enablement, delivery oversight, and developing innovative product offerings. Tin started his career in the insurance sector where he focused on policy, underwriting, data analytics, finance, and distribution. He has spent the last decade-plus working at top consulting firms in leadership positions focused on business and technology transformation. Drawing on this experience, Tin has been helping clients transform their business to achieve top-line growth, increase profitability, and gain operational efficiencies. With a rare blend of business and IT acumen, Tin has supported insurers with everything from business architecture and operating model design to IT portfolio management and delivery. When he’s not solving insurers’ most complex challenges, Tin enjoys quality time with his wife, Binh, and their two children, Emma and Sidney.
