Jamie Raymond

President & Chief Executive Officer

Jamie Raymond has been the President & CEO of Stratus since founding the company in 2001. He is an avid entrepreneur who has successfully built businesses from concept through execution. Under his leadership at Stratus, he has helped transform the business, leading strategy, investment and execution across the entire organization. Prior to founding Stratus, Jamie was a Senior Vice President for a $100 million public corporation specializing in managed staffing solutions. While in this position, he successfully brought to market the company’s first successful solutions encompassing clients throughout the Eastern United States and was responsible for multiple branch locations and client premise offices. Jamie and his wife Kara have three children and live in Little Silver, NJ. They are active donors for children’s charities and local food banks. Jamie holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, NJ.

Steve Damen

Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer

As Co-Founding Partner and Chief Strategy Officer, Steve Damen leads Stratus’ vision and sales execution across the global operation. Throughout his more than three decades within the industry, he has a demonstrated a history of enabling his customers to strengthen their businesses and realize profitable outcomes. Throughout his career, Steve has brought tremendous energy and drive to ensure client success. His focus to accomplishing the goal is exceptional, and he will work hard with a customer to get it right. He is active with various charities and is a Board Member of Hope for Children. Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Florida State University.

Britt Bahar

Chief Sales Officer

Britt Bahar joined Stratus in 2012 as an Account Manager and quickly became the top revenue producer for the company, with a focus in new business development within Stratus’ Guidewire practice. Today, Britt drives and empowers Stratus’ successful sales team to grow existing business while expanding into new markets and revenue streams. She is continually driving Stratus’ roadmap to encompass additional service offerings to better serve the company’s portfolio of customers, which is largely based on managed services and solutions. She develops ongoing strategic sales strategy, marketing campaigns and solution development to ensure alignment with market trends and client demand. Britt’s strong leadership and her seemingly endless energy and passion are infectious and are major contributors to the company’s success and service-oriented culture.

Alvin Singh

Chief Operating Officer

As the Chief Operating Officer, Alvin Singh leads the full breadth of delivery and operations across Stratus. Alvin is also a member of Stratus’ Global Management Committee. A technology industry veteran, Alvin has over 20 years of experience leading and integrating very large delivery centers across the globe. His expertise at P&C and the insurance market makes him a trusted advisor to his clients. Alvin has a strong track record in managing large onshore and offshore delivery engagements with expertise in IT transformation projects, program management, service management and solution design. Alvin holds bachelor’s degrees in Communication and Computer Science, along with a master’s degree in Public Relations and Marketing. He also has certifications in Lean Management and Cobit 5, is certified as a Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) and a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is a black belt in Six Sigma.

Alan Moed

Senior Vice President of Finance

Alan Moed is responsible for managing the finance and accounting organization at Stratus Technology Services. This includes internal corporate accounting, internal controls, financial reporting, tax compliance and financial planning. With 20 years of experience in the staffing industry, Alan brings a depth of knowledge of finance, accounting and organizational leadership. While consistently demonstrating strong organizational, financial and communication skills, Alan’s committed and results-driven approach allows Stratus to be proven leaders within the industry. Alan holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Accounting from Montclair State University.

Rafael Moreira

Senior Vice President of Global Delivery

Rafael Moreira is a Guidewire Certified professional with 15 years of extensive background in software design, development, integration, and middleware applications. Rafael’s strength includes several Guidewire and Portal implementations, where he was involved in all aspects of the project from inception to production deployment. He has managed multiple development teams with individuals at all levels, both onshore and offshore, and has a proven track record as a technical mentor. Rafael holds a bachelor’s degree in Information System and a master’s degree in Business Administration.

Bob Cooke

Senior Vice President of Global Staffing Operations & Recruiting

As Senior Vice President of Global Staffing Operations and Recruiting , Bob Cooke oversees all aspects of Stratus’ day-to-day global recruiting and staffing operations. He has over 20 years of Information Technology recruiting, management, and training experience which enables him to create and execute a highly effective candidate sourcing and staffing fulfillment solution. His leadership continues to set Stratus apart as an industry leader by providing direct guidance on sourcing, industry standards, recruiting strategy, negotiations, employee relationship management, and development of our most important competitive advantage: People. Bob holds a bachelor’s degree from Stockton University.
